Description:

This activity helps teams discover more about each other and their thoughts and interests.

Instructions:
  1. Form a circle - this game works best sat on chairs.

  2. The team should choose someone to start they make a call such as "Change places if you appreciate pair programming" . The members who appreciate pair programming  would change places as quickly as possible, moving across the circle and sitting on an empty chair.

  3. The game continues with the next member calling "Change places if...." until all of the members have called.

  4. Reflect

Variation:

The facilitator calls a list of questions to help the team reflect or get to know each other better.
