Description:

This game is game helps team members focus on each other, self organize and practice inspection and adaptation. 

​

Instructions:

  1. Have the team choose a lion. 

  2. The lion faces one wall and the rest of the team lines up along the opposite wall.

  3. The  team attempts to sneak up to the lion's wall without waking the lion. If the lion hears (or feels) someone moving they turn around. Anyone who is moving when the lion turns around has to return to the starting wall.

  4. Once someone reaches the far wall choose a new lion.

  5. Allow the team 3 minutes to retrospect and plan.

  6. Repeat 

  7. Use your favorite retrospective technique to reflect on the activity​. (My favorite is 4 Ls)
